nowadays a lot of girls my age are really into make up and I notice how some girls are able to wear BOLD make-up look with complete confidence now I’m the opposite and I would even go as far as saying it scares me it’s not that I’m anti-make up I wear it everyday but I always wear very natural make up even though I would love to wear bright things like red lipsticks and bold eye make-up but I can never bring myself to do it because I worry people will judge me (I’m pretty sure they won’t it’s just in my head)
part of me feels like this fear at make-up is because I’m not overly good at make up and I do have some nice stuff I just not very good at it and I’m not afraid to admit that I used to think you only wore one eye shadow when apparently your supposed to use at LEAST two (I don’t agree as it seems like to much work) I also find when i do try to experiment with make up i think I’m being outrageous with the amount I’m putting on and people tell me they can’t even see it
another reason make up scares me is the fact it costs way to much I personally would get palpitations when make ups about £6 but I know people who will apply spend about £80 on make-up,I just personally don’t think being pretty is worth that and I understand that some people will disagree with that but that’s just my personal opinion
